Frequently Asked Questions
Is there a hotel room block?
No. Our internal team is staying at The Graduate Hotel in Minneapolis, and you are welcome to book in the same location or nearby for convenience.
I am a "Build Community" sponsor, but would like to attend a dinner or other event during the week. Is that okay?
Please contact Sandy Johnson (sandyj@vivacitytech.com) as soon as possible, and we will send out an updated sponsorship agreement! All changes must be requested by the end of December.
Where are the small group dinners located?
Desire Excellence & Be Vivacious Sponsors will receive calendar invites in their inboxes with additional details like other attendees and specific locations.
Will transportation be provided?
No. Everyone is responsible for finding their own transportation to and from the various events. If you'd like to connect with others in our group to coordinate transportation, let us know!

What are the Shipping Details for the Vendor fair?
Feel free to ship anything you need for your booth to our warehouse in advance. Our team will accept shipments starting Monday, January 9 and can transport your materials to your booth on the day of the show. No liftgate is needed for freight shipments, there is a loading dock on-site.

OUTBOUND SHIPPING
Shipments can be picked up the day after the vendor fair on Thursday, January 19. Our team can help set up outbound shipments if needed. Should you choose to book your own shipping, please provide the Bill of Lading or any other required documents to Marissa Williams at mwilliams@vivacitytech.com before Thursday, January 19.
